BukGet doesn't exist any more, its developers shut the service down. If you upgrade to McMyAdmin 3 (which your licence includes) it has support for a replacement service to get the same feature. McMyAdmin 2 is getting an update soon to add SpiGet support to replace BukGet. Every other post about this has had a similar response. McMyAdmin 2 is definitely not dead ;)

All of these have replies from me explaining what's going on :)

Hi! What might be the status with updating the McMyAdmin 2? I see this was said to be "coming soon" in January, so it's quite a while now. And since it seems to me that McMyAdmin 2 is free (personal use) and McMyAdmin 3 is not (please correct me if I'm wrong), so for free use I don't seem to be able to use the version 3 so I'm kinda stuck.

Right now it's either pay to upgrade to MCMA3/AMP, or wait for 3/AMP to exit beta. There isn't yet an upgrade path for people on the free 'personal' edition.

Thanks for the reply! i know you probably dislike these kinds of questions, but is there any time-ballpark on when there would be an upgrade path for free 'personal' edition users (since the 'yet' implies such would be coming)? Do I also interpret your reply correctly when I think that MCMA3 is currently in beta (accessible only to paid customers) but after beta it will also have a free version?

That's the plan (vaguely), the specifics of how it's going to play out are still being decided. Basically the free version will appear when AMP exits beta, but that's already overdue so I can't offer anything more than a frustrating 'when it's ready' I'm afraid.

Update: I tried to work around these by manually downloading the craftbukkit.jar (version 1.6.4 that I'm using, to the minecraft folder) and the raspberryJuice.jar (to the minecraft\plugins folder) and I finally got the server started and running.

Everything looked good until I try to login to my server, where all I get is "Failed to login: Bad login" and the MCMA log shows lines like this:

22.21.56 CONSOLE: [INFO] Preparing spawn area: 78%

22.21.56 CONSOLE: [INFO] Preparing start region for level 1 (Seed: 1666397117774593558)

22.21.57 CONSOLE: [INFO] Server permissions file permissions.yml is empty, ignoring it

Is there any ideas what I might be doing wrong or what might be causing this that I can't login? My Minecraft is changed to 1.6.4 and my craftbukkit should match that. I tried adding my user name in the "Users and Groups" section to Administrators and to Everyone but it didn't seem to help.

I would like to inquire as to the status of an update on this for MCMA2 as well... I've paid for pro MCMA2 as well as AMP but prefer MCMA2 for now as I've been frustrated with several AMP bugs. (Don't get me wrong, I'm super hopeful for AMP but for now I'd like to stick with the stability of MCMA2).
