I have a question. The backup function is not in development. I can on my Linux server zb. Backup but backup is not possible. It is not possible he shows to the fact that he wants to restore my backup with the loading bars but he remains on 0% stand forever. enter image description here

It should be working, check the log file for that instance for any signs of something going wrong.

Does not work properly does not react to stays 0%. The window after confirming for the backup recovery process does not go away but it remains there but the loading beam comes and stays at zero. In Log, I do not see that he would have started to make the backup wide!

Is AMP 3 compatible with Ubuntu 16.10 64bit?

Mike posted this 09 January 2017

Indeed it is, the log says that the backup was created just fine. Are you able to open it with a normal archival tool? Looks like it's just an issue with the notification not being updated.

The backup was created and is located in my backup AMP folder. Yes I can open the .zip file and back up Manuell. Is the rebuild problem solved in a comment version? And is Ubuntu 16.10 also compatible?

Almost all modern Linux distributions are fine and Ubuntu 16.10 certainly is. What do you mean by "the rebuild problem" ?

If they say it is Ubuntu 16.10 OK, then why does not the backup rebuild tool? Backup creation goes ZIP is usable. But a direct re-establishment in Webinterface does not go when is that fixed?

*I mean that is why no restoration goes, and when the problem is corrected in which version.

I'm afraid I can't understand your message, it looks like something from Google Translate and I can't make sense of it.

If English isn't your first language I'd suggest joining the Discord server and seeing if someone in your native language is around to help.

I can only speak German. Create Backup - OK Backup restore does not work - NOT OK ERROR Troubleshooting when?

Mike posted this 10 January 2017

Does it give you an error or a message in the log file when you try to restore? Also which version of AMP are you running? (Version number in the bottom left corner)

Emrys77 posted this 11 January 2017

Version 1.4.4.0 No there is no error in Webinterface and also no error message in the AMP log. The window with confirmation to the restoration remains open and does not close. The restoration remains at zero percent forever.

Look at the video please, because you can see the backup error and also another error in File Manager. Video - Backup AMP

Mike posted this 12 January 2017

Ah, you need to empty your browser cache. Looks like you upgraded to 1.4.4.0 from an older version?

No I have reinstalled everything ink. Server reboot. I did not update from old to new.

The browser cache I have already emptied 5x.

Yeah i have the same problem. No errors in the log files, no process on the task. And also the confirmation window is still open.

AMP Version: 1.4.6.0

Instance: Minecraft (1.4.6.0)

Mike posted this 18 January 2017

Check v1462 please, I doubt it'll be different but I don't want to be testing against anything other than the latest version.

Skeltoras posted this 18 January 2017

Minecraft instance is now on v1.4.6.2, built 2017-01-15 20:13.

Browser cache is renewed.

Problem is persistent.

I think i can unzip and restore the backup manually but this won't fix the issue.
